CRC Crystal Research Corporation Acquires Class 10 Clean Room Research Facility from Lam Research

CRC Crystal Research Corporation (CYSA), hi-tech technology, green energy, crystal and semiconductor products manufacturing company, acquired the former SEZ facility in Phoenix, Arizona, from Lam Research Corporation based in Freemont, CA.

10/30/2011 – The facility will be the location of CRC’s initial pilot plant for its Green Energy Products currently licensed to Infinergy Inc. (limited to the territory of China). CRC’s NuCarbide™, NuPowerGas™ and NuPower™ product lines are superior to many green energy technologies currently on the market. Small footprint and very low capital cost provides a solid basis for fast expansion in USA and worldwide. In addition to its own power generation facilities CRC expects its leading edge technology to work together with hydro, solar, and wind turbine power generation facilities so they can become a 24/7 stable power source.

The building comes with one class 10 and two class 1000 clean rooms with all supporting facilities. Quartz and quartz fabrication, silicon and silicon alloy wafer processing chambers and chamber assemblies for the semiconductor industry and advanced crystal growth technology facility for medical and homeland security applications will be also housed here.

Dr. Kiril Pandelisev, Chief Executive Officer of CRC, stated, “This building offers an ideal home base for our green energy demo pilot plant and its combinations with solar and wind technologies. Our technologies also provide basis for upgrading existing coal fired thermal plants to better meet and exceed any USA and European mandated clean energy standards.”

” He added, “It also opens the door to expand our offering of higher purity quartz for the semiconductor and the fiber optic fabrication market, and deployment of our patented ultrapure silicon and silicon alloy products for the semiconductor, aerospace, chemical and any industry that uses high temperature, lightweight, chemically resistant products. We can now offer products for chips that contain small and not so small devices, from 20+ nanometers for the latest PC’s to devices used in automotive vehicles and various home appliances. It simply helps us add to our product menu suitable for companies such as Applied Materials, Lam Research Corp, ASM America, The Boeing Company, Northrop Grumman Corp, Lockheed Martin Corp, Intel Corp, Microchip Technology, Inc., Canon, Inc., and others. It also expands the list of potential customers to us as well.”
