Dr. Pandelisev’s professional journey spans a remarkable transition from academia and research to business. With over 20 years as an educator and researcher in the fields of physics, material sciences, and optics, he has made significant contributions to both science and technology. His work, which includes more than 40 articles in scientific and technical journals and proceedings, highlights his deep expertise in various areas of research.

Dr. Pandelisev has also been an inventor with over 100 patents granted or pending in the USA and internationally. His inventions cover a wide array of fields, from the crystal growth process and materials purification to advanced technologies for medical imaging, oil well exploration, fiber optics, and microchip manufacturing. Many of his patents relate to cutting-edge processes for the development of high-performance materials and devices used in industries such as energy, telecommunications, and semiconductor technology.
As an author, Dr. Pandelisev has written textbooks that have shaped education in physics at both high school and university levels. His works, first published in the early 1980s, have been used as standard textbooks for over two decades, influencing generations of students in their understanding of complex scientific concepts.
Dr. Pandelisev’s scientific background also encompasses his doctoral research on solar cells and related work in green energy technologies. His contributions to the development of sustainable energy solutions, particularly through his involvement with nuPower™ Technologies, are particularly noteworthy. This company focuses on creating small-footprint, carbon credit generation technologies aimed at addressing energy shortages in power centers, remote urban areas, islands, resorts, and other energy-challenged regions. He led the School for Young Physicists in the Republic of Macedonia and has served as a judge at the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF) for more than 20 years. His dedication to fostering young scientific talent includes his formation and sponsorship of the Best of Philippines at ISEF Award Program in 2016, as well as his ongoing support for science programs in both the Philippines and globally.

He has also contributed significantly to fiber optics technology, developing new processes for the fabrication of materials such as CaF2 and fused silica for 157nm applications, as well as working on silicon-based products for microchip manufacturing. His research collaborations include work with prestigious institutions and corporations, such as St. Cyril and Methodius University, Arizona State University, Johnson-Matthey Corporation, and Horiba Instruments Corporation.
  • Dr. Pandelisev’s educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Physics in 1973, supported by a scholarship from the Fund for Young Talents of Yugoslavia. He earned his Master of Science in Physics of Thin Films in 1976, followed by a Doctor of Science (Sc.D.) in Physics in 1984 under the mentorship of Prof. Edward Y. Wang at Arizona State University. His academic journey also included a Fulbright Scholarship in 1979 and a subsequent position at the International Institute for Theoretical Physics in Italy, where he was offered roles in both Italy and Arizona State University for groundbreaking work in autonomous crystal growth.
  • From 1985 to 1988, Dr. Pandelisev led a team working on the autonomous growth of gallium arsenide crystals under a USAF/DARPA grant. Later, he participated in a joint research effort between the USAF and the Canadian government on large charge crystal growth of gallium arsenide from 1988 to 1990.
  • Dr. Pandelisev has been elected to several prestigious professional organizations, including the American Physical Society, the Society of Nuclear Medicine, the American Association for Crystal Growth, and many others, reflecting his deep commitment to the advancement of science.

Dimitrios Argyros, Corporate Development Officer

Mr Aruros leads the business development of CRC; he is an experienced financial professional with over three decades of expertise in the financial services industry. Prior joining CRC Dimitri held various prestigious roles, particularly in management consulting and involved in international capital-projects with leading global banks. He has substantial experience in Banking & Capital Markets and Alternative Investments. Known for his strong leadership and management skills, Argyros exceled in team building, business development, and organizational growth. His ability to apply subject matter expertise and proven management techniques has resulted in numerous strategic and innovative solutions that align with business objectives. He worked closely with management at all levels to implement business strategies that drive cost reduction, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity for multinationals and startups and enforce due diligence of potential investments by investors, In addition to his consulting roles with major investment banks like UBS, Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan Chase, BNP-Paribas, Credit Suisse. Argyros has also worked with brokerage firms such as Lehman Brothers , Bluestone Capital Partners, where he managed both institutional and retail client relationships.
